As a proud former military spouse, my husband and I have lived in Alaska for over 25 years. I am a proud mother of twin daughters who have blessed me with 8 grandchildren. Family is my #1 priority. I’m the glue that holds the process together! Once you submit your loan application, I’ll be your go-to for paperwork, gathering documentation, and keeping everything organized for your pre-approval. I’ll help you stay on track with what we need (and when) so we can keep your file moving smoothly. If something’s unclear or you’re feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to walk you through it. When your loan is in full swing, I’m the one making sure every ‘i’ is dotted and ‘t’ is crossed. I’ll be reviewing your file in detail, prepping it for underwriting, and making sure all the necessary boxes are checked for a smooth approval. I work closely with your title company, insurance agent, and sometimes your real estate team to tie everything together. My superpower? Keeping things on schedule and getting your loan ready to close on time!
